Where is Healthy Surplus located?

Our headquarters are in Mesa, AZ. We ship from various U.S. warehouses, with most ground orders arriving within a few business days.

Where can I find Healthy Surplus coupon codes?

Healthy Surplus sometimes has promos going on but the best way to receive them is by joining our Mailing List.

I’m having trouble adding items to my cart. What should I do?

Enable browser cookies to add items to your cart. Check your browser’s help section for instructions. Without cookies enabled, shopping features may be limited. Trying another browser or device might help.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We cannot bill Medicare, insurance, or accept Purchase Orders.

Why was I charged sales tax?

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Ensure the billing address matches the one associated with your credit card. We only accept U.S. billing addresses.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately. Check our Return Policy if you need assistance with returns.

Can you deliver to APO/FPO addresses?

We’re unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses as we primarily use UPS and FedEx.

Can you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

What are my shipping options?

We offer Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air options. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

How do you calculate shipping charges?

Shipping costs are based on item weight and size. Add items to your cart and select ‘Get Estimates’ to view shipping charges before checkout.

I received damaged items. What should I do?

If an item arrives damaged, Contact Us immediately. We’ll help you with a replacement. If a return is required, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

I no longer want an item. How do I return it?

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). Items must be in original packaging. If we made an error, we’ll cover return shipping. Check our Return Policy for details.

Where can I find product expiration information?

Due to our fast inventory turnover, we cannot provide exact expiration dates. Products are guaranteed to be fresh for at least 60 days from receipt. Unopened items with unsuitable dates can be returned.
